As wind energy has become a significant generating technology, the Group’s service and maintenance capabilities have expanded, providing through-life support for operational wind farms.

Through our heritage in oil and gas, 3sun Group has learned to refine servicing strategies to incorporate highly competent, multi-skilled and experienced technicians; innovative engineering solutions and sharp logistics, introducing numerous cost-saving initiatives to reduce logistics and increase asset generation.

With experience of all major turbine OEMs, we understand the technical challenges involved with both wind power and working offshore in general. To tackle these, we’ve developed innovative modifications to keep offshore equipment in full working order, whenever possible without expensive component change-out.

We have a highly trained, OEM-certified technician pool with a broad geographical spread, which bolsters the efficiency and reliability of our services. This can range from one-off interventions, to integrated inspection and maintenance campaigns, to long-term operational and logistical support agreements, including vessel supply.
